K2 & KPA100 assembly photos

FWIW I have posted page-by-page photos of the construction of my K2 at

I've mentioned the K2 pictures before. I just uploaded the KPA100 pics this
weekend. I found it handy to look at pictures of other K2's under
construction while I was working on mine; hopefully these will be useful to
someone.

I would guess that since he bought it at Dayton, he just pulled the
side panel out of the box and asked them to sign it.
