K2 No speaker audio

I have no audio on the speaker or external speaker. The headphones work just
fine. I replaced the headphone jack, but still no audio.
Any ideas?

Mike,

Do you have the speaker wires interchanged? - check the colors against
the manual.  If the wires are swapped, it will ground out the audio
except for the headphones.
Do you have the speaker cable plugged into J5 on the RF Board?  There is
a J5 on the Control Board that I have seen builders plug the speaker
cable into - but there is no audio at Control Board J5.
