K2 Part Problem??

Page 20 of the K2 manual (Rev G, May 29, 2007) specifies U1 as an NE602 or SA602. 
 
I received an SA612, not 602.  Does anyone know if this Is correct, or was I given the wrong part?

The SA612 is fine - it is a direct replacement for the '602.  Good luck
with your K2 - I love mine!

Jon,

The '612 is an more recent edition of the '602 (and is an upgraded part)
- you may use either, but the '602 is rather difficult to source in
current times.  For all practical purposes, they are identical.
