K2 Pre-Filter Version 2

I have put details of Version 2 of my Pre-Filter on

This version has a resistive pad as input termination to improve the IMD
performance of the Post-Mixer Amplifier. The 5dB loss in the pad is made
good with a JFET amplifier on the filter output.
