[K2] Recent Rework Eliminator(TM) K2 Mic Adaptor Documentation Revisions

Our K2 app note #9 entitled "IMA: Six Jumpers Now Standard" was published
within the past week, prompting updates to most IMA documents, including:

o   The Quick Start Instruction Sheet (QSIS).
o   The user's guide.
o   The single-page summary sheet.
o   The quick-reference self-adhesive decal.

The latest IMA documentation suggests revised locations for unused versus
spare jumpers which minimize the need to reposition spares when changing
configurations.

The user's guide was also updated about six weeks ago to correct an error
where the MH-27 was mistakenly listed under both the powered and un-powered
Yaesu configurations.
