[K2] Revised Rework Eliminator(TM) K2 Internal Mic Adaptor User's Guide

Version 6 of the IMA user's guide is now online.  Beyond incorporating
app note #8, this latest version has been extensively revised to
improve readability.

If you are an IMA owner, please take a look and let us know if you are
using one of the microphones that are still shown as "unverified".  If
you've never heard of the IMA, but either own an SSB K2, or are
considering getting one, you might find the guide a worthwhile read
as well.
