[K2] Rework Eliminator(TM) Kit Availability

Gary W. Hvizdak
Based on sales history over the past 14 months, I estimate that we have
about a 13 month supply of Headers kit remaining, and about a 19 month
supply of Mic Adaptor kits.  (Although it's possibly they could last twice
that long or sell out in half that time.)

As our inventory becomes critical, we may institute a two-kit per customer
purchase-limit.

It's too soon to say whether there will be a subsequent production run of
either kit.  (That will depend on demand.)

I've deleted the lead to this thread, so I'm not sure what the issue is,
but for what it's worth, I recommend the Headers kit for the K2. I built
my K2 from scratch with the Headers, and I found that over the long haul
that was a very good decision. Greater flexibility, much lower hassle.
