Ken,
One leg of C4 is grounded, so you should expect to find no signal injection
at the grounded leg.
It would seem like everything is working up through one half of the bandpass
filter - proceed onward toward the antenna (C6, C7 and on to Jumper W6).
Follow along in the schematic, it will help you see the path for the signal.
You may have to peak the bandpass inductors once you get to the antenna side
of C6 to hear the signal.
