The manual says that RFC15, as well as being tan coloured, should be
much smaller than the other 100 microHenry chokes, but it appears to be the same size as the four green ones, namely about 6.3 mm long by 2.1 mm diameter. The obvious reason for this was that it was being used to patch between pads that are only about 3 mm apart. Is there now no real difference except colour? -- David Woolley Emails are not formal business letters, whatever businesses may want. RFC1855 says there should be an address here, but, in a world of spam, that is no longer good advice, as archive address hiding may not work. _______________________________________________ Elecraft mailing list Post to: [hidden email] You must be a subscriber to post to the list. I suspect the small tan RFC15 has been dropped from the kit, David, so you
have all the same-size RFC15 inductors now. The bulletin is at <http://www.elecraft.com/Apps/Builder%20Alert%20Installing%20Small%20Chokes%20Rev%20B.pdf>.
