After running a bit more tests on the VCO problem, I see that it is behaving more or less normally in 3 bands:
17m band the frequency at TP1 is 22917Mhz stable, DC Voltage at R30 : 3.49V for 18.000Mhz and 3.67V for 18.200Mhz
12m 20092 4.1V 24.800Mhz 4.43V 25.000Mhz
10m 23893 3.6V 28.000Mhz 4.48V 28.800hz
The voltages at R30 seem to respond ok on changes of the L30...
So the problem seems isolated to some but not the above bands. Any suggestions, ideas??
