K2 and MixW

James T. "Jim" Rogers, W4ATK
        I have been evaluating CW packages i.e. MixW, CWGet/CWType and MRP40. I
really like MixW but have had a problem with one aspect of the setup. So far
I have not been sucessful in sending CW via the CAT interface. I know CAT is
working because I am able to see the frequency display and I am able to
change the K2 frequency from MixW but unable to send via the CAT interface.
        Setup:
                CAT: Kenwood
                Model: Elecraft K2
                Com Port: Com1
                                4800
                                8 data
                                2 stop
                                DTR always off
                                RTS always off
                PTT via CAT command chked
                CW  via Cat command chked

 Any comments?

Hi Jim,
I have DTR and RTS always on.  Everything else is the same except I run
mine from a USB port through a USB to Serial adapter (Com 3).
