Hi, I have a ten year old original lead-acid internal battery in my K2 transceiver and want to update it with a lithium variety or some other modern battery type. What are the best solutions that people have found successful? My criteria are...
- More energy content and less weight than the lead-acid battery.
- Possibility of internal mounting in place of the lead-acid battery.
- Charging options/requirements, preferably to be charged while operating.
Any suggestions? Anything to be aware of or careful about?
