K2 missing transmit bargraph and Hi-current warning

g0who
Re your advice 2 October
Don,
Checked the output on external wattmeter at 20W power setting. Output is
100W.
Removed KPA 100 and checked K2 output on 1,2,5,10 & 15watt settings.
Output is close to setting and transmit bargraph display shows linear
changes.
Does this confirm faulty D16 and D17?
Thanks
Robert

Re: K2 missing transmit bargraph and Hi-current warning

Don Wilhelm-4
Robert,

It confirms that there is something damaged in the KPA100 wattmeter
circuit, which includes more than just D16 and D17.

However, D16 and D17 are the most probable failure points, so start there.
