I am temporarily in Hong Kong, armed with little more than screwdriver, when K2 #950 w/ a KBT2 suddenly sees no external power from 12v or from a 110v AC adapter -- no VOM at my disposal, either. Nothing unusual with the lid off, confirmed that the panel display works by recharging the internal battery independently of the jack. Any programmable fix I am missing? What else beside a fried diode could be the culprit? 73 -Jeff VR2UU
