The K2 works FB with KXPA100. You may need to add a key out line, eg.
http://www.mwrs.org.au/2014/04/20/elecraft-k2-amplifier-keying-circuit/It is not as tightly integrated to the K2 as the KPA100, eg. if you change bands, you may need to tap the dit paddle to let the KXPA100 know you changed bands, then the KXPA100 will recall the appropriate LPF+KXAT100 tuning solution. But it works well, and is nice and quiet with PIN diode switching and fanless heat sink design.
