K2 with RIGblaster Plus and MMTTY program for RTTY?

Charlie, W0YG
Anyone running this combination?  I am just hooking my modem up and need to know a couple of things.  If you reply off the list, perhaps we can take my questions elsewhere so as not to burden the folks not interested.

Thanks and 73,

Charlie, W0YG..>>

I am VERY interested, and I have heard of folks using this combination
successfully.  I made the mistake of assuming the setup would not work,
and gave away my rigblaster to a friend, only to find out otherwise
latter.

I'm using the Rigblaster+ with my K2/100 on all digital modes.
What's the question?

Re: K2 with RIGblaster Plus and MMTTY program for RTTY?

Charlie, W0YG
OK I got the K2 going. I was wondering where the remote PTT line was but it is simple, the mike PTT keys the K2.  No problems now.  Listening to RTTY signals on 40M now.

In reply to this post by ac0h
I was wondering where they are initiating PTT from?  Serial Port,
Parallel Port, or VOX?

Re: K2 with RIGblaster Plus and MMTTY program for RTTY?

Bob Nielsen-2
I haven't used my Rigblaster Plus recently but recall that it uses
the serial port, although VOX would probably work also.
