Well I changed out firmware in k2dsp. Still have to put it in bypass to hear any audio. In the manual pg40 dc voltage chart for U1-5 I get 5v instead of 0. U1-14 I get 0v instead of 5v. I dont have noise blanker or ssb options. But all otger conditions met. Also D3 C is 5v not 0v called for but in schematic D3 is going to U1-3 which is supposed to be 5v. Not sure if that was a typo. All other voltages were right. Removing R19 allows dsp to work but with ungodly popping noise the mute circuit is supposed to stop. I've replaced firmware all diodes and transistors. Clock functions fine leds comes on goes off auxbus sees firmware controls work when u have r 19 removed. Reheated all solder pads. Could one of the electrolytic capacitors be causing this there bout the only thing left to change.
