K3/0 Line in/out for AFSK

I am trying to operate AFSK modes remotely using K3/0 to K3 and RemoteRig.  I have stereo cables running from line in/out on the back of the K3/0 to my PC sound card.  I am getting no audio from the K3/0 to the PC.  If I connect to the front panel headphone jack, I do get audio.

Is there a menu item I need to route audio out through the line-out jack?  Is there one to route audio into line-in for transmit purposes?
