K3/0 Mini remote

[Mike Reublin NF4L]

I have a friend (a new Elecrafter) who has a K3/0 Mini, and is connected to the RemoteHamRadio service.

How is the connection to his logging program done?  A USB to serial cable to the COM1 connector on the RemoteRig box doesn't do it.
