Hi everyone,
I found my mistake after hearing from 4 hams via email. If something seems
wrong always take the time to disconnect the rig from everything,
especially when your unfamiliar with a new rig, and do a visual of where you need
to go with whatever connections you need to make. In my excitement to get
everything hooked up I got confused over documentation and it's reference to
the rear panel. The amp is now responding to the Tune push-hold.
I want to say thanks to these hams that responded and helped me "recheck"
my RCA connection.
Guy, Sam K5OAI, Philip WD8QWR and Jim KG0KP.
On another note, I've been following this impressive forum for a few
years. I've spoken to many owners of Elecraft products and feedback is always
good. Customer loyalty is rare these days and any company that positions
itself to earn this loyalty is impressive.
Looks like my decision for my next rig has been made. Thanks again to all.
73,
Paul AD5SX
