[K3] 4.66 clock bug

With firmware 4.66, upon initial power up my clock was several seconds behind
(as shown by the DISP button), even though I had set it only 12 hours ago.

I went into the CONFIG menu to adjust the clock, but as soon as I rotated to the
TIME parameter the clock apparently adjusted itself (gained back the lost
time).

This only happens when power is cycled for the first time after the K3 is off
for several hours. If I keep cycling power, the clock seems okay each time...
until I leave it off for several hours and then turn it on again.

I have been able to reproduce this behavior over the past several days.
