K3 #679

Gary Gregory-3
G'Day from Down Under,

Well I did the download last night and I never ever thought that I could do
this without my fingers getting out of sync with what little grey matter I
had left. But, to my absolute surprise, it worked a treat. Thanks Elecraft
for sending me a superb radio even I can use.

Why anyone would sell one of these radios is a total mystery to me. The
receiver is unbelievable, the TX audio reports I am getting are nothing
short of amazing, again, many, many thanks Elecraft...this radio is going
with me after I am done in this world and I am sure I can TX from wherever I
go next.

73's from one very happy camper.

Gary

Um, better get an upgrade to the MIL-spec temperature range boards if you
think you might have to take it to that... other place. :-)

(BTW, what's the prefix for that entity?)
