K3 #77 KPA3 Problem

Further to Wayne's reply, make sure it's not "PA io nor" which looks
remarkably similar to "PA   nor", but doesn't enable the PA. (I fell for
that problem too)

Dave- you are  "'da man" (to use a quaint American expression).  Yes,
that is an easy mistake to make and a quick twist past all the other
options brought me to the other "PA nor".
