K3 - ALC reading on CW

OK, I don't "do" CW but tried it on SS.  I noticed the ALC was reading about half again above the top of the ALC bracket window.  Is that right?  What should it be for CW? HOW do I adjust it?

  It should read 100 watts.  ALC means nothing in CW.
