K3 ATU tuner looses fix - finding

I found out that when I change the frequency offset of my FL3 Filter (2.7khz)
to around - 0.70, the tuner will work and find a fix with 1.0 or 1.1 into the
dummy load.
The frequency offset on my 2.7 kHz filter is - .89 though.

do you think it is an ATU failure or a software problem?
