It's getting pretty close to K3 delivery time!!!
I'm in the second batch delivery, I hope... I would really, really like to be ready to 'FLY' and just plug in and play with my K3... after the minimal "build" of course. I'm trying to have all my interface cables available and ready to GO! Please can someone advise precisely what cabling/connectors are required to do this?? -- 73, Deni F5VJC _______________________________________________ Elecraft mailing list Post to: [hidden email] You must be a subscriber to post to the list. Deni,
A standard DE9 computer serial cable will do the job. Unlike the K2, the connector for the computer connection is not shared with other functions. 73, Don W3FPR F5vjc wrote: > It's getting pretty close to K3 delivery time!!! > > I'm in the second batch delivery, I hope... > > I would really, really like to be ready to 'FLY' and just plug in and > play with my K3... after the minimal "build" of course. > > I'm trying to have all my interface cables available and ready to GO! > > Please can someone advise precisely what cabling/connectors are > required to do this?? > > Elecraft mailing list Post to: [hidden email] You must be a subscriber to post to the list. And a power cable. Am I right that the Anderson Power Pole polarity
arrangement is the same as the K2 and that the pin size is the same? Bruce,
There is one nice thing about the Anderson Power Poles - they will mate together properly if they are assembled using the 'standard' configuration. The K2 and K3 use the same configuration as the ARES 'standard'. 73, Don W3FPR Bruce Bowman wrote: > And a power cable.
