K3 - Assembly Manual Errata A-4

I wonder which issue of the K3 Assembly Manual does the Errata sheet
Rev. A-4 refer?

The errata sheet shows and amendment to page 48, yet the Assembly Manual
XD3 only goes up to page 47.  Also, on page A-2, the seventh row is the
Encoder assembly, not a jumper block.

Is there a later Assembly Manual to the one available for downloading?
