It's an IE thing, I just downloaded it with no problem -but there again
I use Firefox.
Try right clicking on it, or whatever Microsoft lets you do...

Is it me (most likely) but I can't download k3fw2r02.zip. I get a message
"Internet Explorer can't download k3fw2r02.zip from ftp.elecraft.com.
Any ideas?
