K3: 'Bad' memory channel, PLL 1 * 0

I have flagged this up before but had no replies, but I have more info now.

I have 5.366.50 USB as one of my * memory channels for 60m.  Rotating
through the channels clockwise on VFO A is fine but counterclockwise, when I
get to 5.366.50 the audio goes quiet and the PLL 1 reads *0.0 as if the loop
has lost lock.  It's always this channel, and only ever when moving through
the starred channels counterclockwise.

This frequency is stored in memory number 23.  When it is operating normally
on this channel, PLL1 = 5.4

It's not a show stopper, but I'm curious.  I had the same behaviour with my
previous DSP board too.
