K3 Bandwidth SAV Not Working

Thanks to all for your responses.  I now know that the bandwidth can be saved as follows:

1.)  Change WIDTH knob to the desired bandwidth
2.)  Push SHIFT knob until <--SAV--> shows    
3.)  While <--SAV--> shows rotate SHIFT knob to left or right to save the desired bandwidth to either ALT1 or ALT2
4.)  Release the SHIFT knob

Bandwidths saved in ALT1 and ALT2 can be accessed by pushing SHIFT knob until  <--NOR--> is displayed.  When <--NOR--> shows, rotate the SHIFT knob left or right to access the appropriate saved bandwidth in either ALT1 or ALT2.
