[K3] Building

Very quiet!  Must be lots of K3 building going on.

I've noticed that the second receiver option is slipping, looks like my
2nd run won't make it before Christmas now.

The waiting finally got to me and I asked Lisa for an anticipated
shipping date. Her reply was that my first run, deposit-paid order for
a kit K3 placed on 3 May and acknowledged 5 May should ship in early
November. So you're probably right.

In anticipation of this I created a "Got yours yet?" topic in the K3
message board over at Zerobeat Ham Forums (see sig.) People are
welcome to post those messages there, to take the heat off the
reflector. The forum software is nice and it's a shame hardly anyone
is using it. Plus, it would be nice to have confirmation that K3s
really exist, apart from that photo of Lisa holding a box which, come
to think of it, didn't look all that heavy. ;)

If I have to wait another 4 weeks, at least hearing the experiences of
those who have got theirs will help fend off "K3 Deficit Syndrome."
