K3 Cant save macros

I can make up macros in the editor and they test OK so I send them to the K3 but I dont seem to be able to save them to any key.

If I try and download whats in the K2 I get corrupted data back in the editor but it looks like only the title is actually currupted if I then test from the editor the comms look OK and the K3 reacts correctly.
Any ideas?
