A silly question no doubt but why does it always say N/A against DSP2 in K3
Utility when it also indicates that for example 01.89 is available ? I await a learned response. 73 Barry VK2BJ K3 1397 _______________________________________________ Elecraft mailing list Post to: [hidden email] You must be a subscriber to post to the list. If you have the KRX3 option installed and enabled (through the K3's CONFIG
menu) it won't show N/A. The K3 Utility Help file on the Firmware page says: Installed in K3 Indicates the firmware versions installed in the K3 for each of these processors. N/A indicates that the hardware option is not installed or has not been enabled through the K3 CONFIG menu. > Utility when it also indicates that for example 01.89 is available ? N/A means that the required hardware (in this case the Aux DSP board) is not installed in the K3, so attempting to program it is N/A (not applicable). More accurately, it means the K3 has indicated to K3 Utility that the required option is not present. It may in fact be present, but not yet indicated as set in the K3's CONFIG menu, in this case CONFIG:KRX3. 73, Lyle KK7P _______________________________________________ Elecraft mailing list Post to: [hidden email] You must be a subscriber to post to the list.
