[K3] DXLabs and New K3 Synth

Does the K3 now accept frequency commands to direct the new synths to e.g.
472Khz?

DXLabs will send messages from Commander fine for as low as 490Khz but
fails at 489Khz and below. Trying to figure out where the problem lies.
