K3 ERR BP2

k6dgw
My K3 suddenly began showing ERR BP2 in the VFO B window.  Everything
works fine just like it always has and the error code goes away as soon
as I do anything with the radio.  The manual says it has something to do
with BPF 2, which I don't think I have.

K3/100
NB
ATU
DVR [just put that in, works great]
FW 3.57  it happened with prior version too [3.30]

I have the two stock roofing filters.  It's never done this before.  I'm
not even sure I have a problem, I just don't like to see things on the
display that begin with "ERR"

Hi Fred,

Check CONFIG:KBPF3 - it should be "not inSt" if you don't have the
KBPF3. I changed mine to "rF nor", and get the same error on
power-on...
