My K3 suddenly began showing ERR BP2 in the VFO B window. Everything
works fine just like it always has and the error code goes away as soon as I do anything with the radio. The manual says it has something to do with BPF 2, which I don't think I have. K3/100 NB ATU DVR [just put that in, works great] FW 3.57 it happened with prior version too [3.30] I have the two stock roofing filters. It's never done this before. I'm not even sure I have a problem, I just don't like to see things on the display that begin with "ERR" 73, Fred K6DGW Auburn CA USA ______________________________________________________________ Elecraft mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/elecraft Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:[hidden email] This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html |
Hi Fred,
Check CONFIG:KBPF3 - it should be "not inSt" if you don't have the KBPF3. I changed mine to "rF nor", and get the same error on power-on... ~Iain / N6ML On Thu, Nov 19, 2009 at 12:50 AM, Fred Jensen <[hidden email]> wrote: > My K3 suddenly began showing ERR BP2 in the VFO B window.
