K3 : ERR TXG on 50W TX Gain Calibration routine...

Hi Group,

I've just re-run the TX Gain calibration routine on my K3 using the K3
Utility 1.12.9.22 and hit a snag.

5W and 1mW calibration routines run perfectly, all bands.

On the 50W calibration, on the 50Mhz band, the K3 LCD display show the
ERR TXG message.  All other bands calibrate without error at 50W.

The K3 Utility reports no error - it confirms in its last message that
the 50W calibration routine has completed successfully.

So do I believe the K3 LCD ERR TXG message,  or the K3 Utility's
"success message"?

Where do I look now?

I've run this routine several times before without any reported errors

I would recommend contacting Elecraft product support for guidance regarding the ERR TXG message.  The K3 Owner's manual describes this message on page 70.

Tx Gain calibration succeeds if the K3 displays the expected power levels during calibration.
