[K3] Filter normalization

Raymond METZGER
Hi Elecrafters,

The K3 Operating Manual says, page 24 (e.g. D7 release) :
>  Whenever you normalize the filter passband, two small wings appear at the
left and right ends of the DSP filter passband graphic.
>  Moving any DSP control makes the "wings" disappear.

On  my k3 the wings stay permanently. Is there a problem with my K3 or with
the Manual ?

Thank you, Andrew for your prompt answer.
You're right and I apologize for my stupid question.

Are you sure you aren't confusing the two upward-pointing triangles with wings?  The triangles are under the horizontal bar; the wings are off the endpoints.
The wings will not appear if you are in Dual Passband mode.
