Aloha peoples:
  Sorry to be such a pain in the "LKJN><MNX" but I again need your advice.

Since I live on a small sailboat, I need a handheld that operates in the 150mhz region (Marine freqs).  Is there any ham handheld, that easily opens up for MARS/Marine Freqs.
