Harry,
Do you have a recent K3 configuration saved somewhere? If not, try to
save the configuration using K3 Utility.
Then I would suggest doing an EEINIT followed by a new firmware load and
a configuration restore.
Read page 65 of the K3 manual before doing an EEINIT so you will know
what needs to be done if the saved configuration brings your K3 back to
the same condition it is in right now.
