I am getting the following failure to load the latest firmware.  To get the
load complete I tried sending only the new firmware. After several attempts
in each of the DSP loads, the data was finally accepted.  Any ideas as to
what might be the cause...  This is not the first time the difficulty was
experience.  Could a full reset and reload remove any corrupt resident
software or is that accomplished with each firmware update?

Sorry you are having this experience, Bill. Could you turn Verbise  
mode on and send me the loader dialog of the failing DSP1 load. The  
utility should leave the dialog open on failing loads so that you can  
copy the text into an email
