K3-KPA500 Transmit Delay

I just got my new KPA500 on the air today -- went together and works
beautifully, BTW. Since the amplifier switches virtually instantaneously, I
wonder why the K3 can't be set to have a QSK TD less than the "Normal" 8 ms,
which I needed for my previous tube amp? Or am I missing something in the
MENU settings?

Joel,

It can be set to a shorter time if CW QRQ is set to ON.
See the K3 manual menu setting list on page 61 - TX DLY entry.
