After the first reading of the installation instructions, I
procrastinated for some time before attempting the installation of
the Sub RX and a couple of other options (K3EXREF & KAT3).
It seemed as if one would have take the K3 almost all apart to
undertake this installation. However I'd initially put the K3
together with relative ease, thanks to the excellent instructions and
the outstanding mechanical design. So with some trepidation (I'm a
few months away from my 8th decade), I reread the instructions a
couple of more times (measure twice cut once) and took screwdriver
and long nose in hand and attacked the job.
Well the task went exceedingly well and I finished it in only about
2/3 the time and half the effort that I expected. Now to check it
out and try to understand all the nuances of making the mods work !
