Can anyone help me out with interfacing a KAM Plus tnc to the K3? I'm
specifically interested in Pactor operation for EmComm purposes. So far I
can get it to receive only by using SSB, not any of the digital modes. On
transmit, it will key the transmitter, but not modulate it. I'm using Line
In with the mic configured for that, and gain somewhere around 20. I'm
woefully ignorant of the whole thing since my last experience with digital
was with a Model 28 teletype machine and paper tape. :) I need help with
the most basic setup--there are just too many parameters for me to stumble
into the right configuration.
