K3 Leftside panel

Hi all,
Just putting my K3 together serial 3619 and on the left side panel where the handle goes my panel has 3 extra holes?? In the center of the panel just above the handle. I can't see these holes in the parts pic for the left panel, is this ok??

Hi Ron,
Thanks very much for the response, just seemed a little odd seeing the holes and then no sign of them in any of the online pic's and so on.

Those holes are for mounting the new K144XV option. You should have received
three 6/32 1/4" black flat head screws, three 6/32 nuts and three #6 lock
washers to put in them to fill them up.
