K3: Make Monitor level track AF level?

I don't bitch much, but get it to the top of the list.
And on CW mode, multiply sidetone amplitude by the envelope of signals
in the passband (Lyle knows about that)

Please, No!  Having external signals controlling the sidetone
is a disaster.
