[K3] Matching 5 pole filters in main and KRX3

k5oai
I have the 5 pole 2.7kz 500hz, 200hz filters in my main K3 rx

If I were to buy and install the KRX3.....
and populate it with the same 5 pole filters (2.7kz 500hz, 200hz)

I can set all the Filter Offset's in the K3 Utility
to what each of their corresponding individual filters are marked as....
then the diversity reception will work fine?

Does that mean the KRX3 will work the same as if I had all 8 pole filters,
or do I have to sell all my 5 pole filters and then buy all 8 pole filters,
to be able to fully utilize diversity reception with the KRX3?

No, you need to use the same offset values for the same filter position in the main and sub receivers.  If the marked offsets aren't too far apart, you can use the average of the two values for both receivers.  That works fine for my 500hz and 200hz 5-pole filters.
