Try a memory > 09, and then look at the K3 Frequency Memory Help under the
topic "Quick Band switching using Memories 00-09".  

When you have the K3 config menu item CONFIG:MEM 0-9 set to "BAND SEL", and
select memory 0-9, the K3 QSYs to the last used frequency on the indicated
band, not the frequency you have in the memory.
