Thanks Dick, K6KR.
That was the issue. Changed the CONFIG:MEM to "nor" and everything started working great. Thanks again. It always seams to be something simple we overlook as the problem. Is the memory utility not going to track this option? Does view quick
memories only refer to m1-m4? 73, Guy. Memories 0-9 are one kind of quick memory and memories M1-M4 are another
kind of quick memory. In the K3 Owner's Manual, revision D-7, "quick" memories 00-09 are described on page 16 and also the per-band quick memories M1-M4 are described. All of these are supported by the K3 Frequency Memory Editor. However, when you have chosen K3 menu option CONFIG:MEM 0-9 is set to "BAND SEL", then they act as band switches, and QSY to the last-used frequency on the band in the memory, rather than the actual frequency in the memory. View "Quick Memories" does select whether or not the per-band quick memories are shown or not. These memories can store only frequencies on that specific band. For example, 160 M4 cannot store a frequency on the 30 meter band. Memories 00-99 are always shown, without regard to the setting of the CONFIG:MEM 00-9 setting.
