K3: Missing CAT response

Hi,

following situation:
- K3 mode enabled (K31;)
- Auto Info set to 2 (AI2;)
- VFO A and VFO B set to the same band, but different modes

When toggling VFO A/B the K3 does not  send out any CAT command as reaction to the mode change!

Firmware bug or feature?
