K3 - Navigator interface not working after 4.60 update.

I updated my K3 firmware to 4.60 yesterday and the Navigator
appears to no long be sending RTTY properly. I use MMTTY and when I send I get a
solid carrier tone (no diddle) but the characters do go across the screen.  Has anyone else with a Navigator interface experienced this
after the latest firmware update? BTW nothing appears to have changed in any of
the Navigator or MMTTY setting options.
